1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within:
7 days for Shared Hosting
7 days for Reseller Hosting
No refunds for VPS or Dedicated Servers (due to resource provisioning)
No refunds for domain registration or renewal
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Domain registration, transfer, or renewal
VPS hosting
Dedicated servers
SSL certificates
Add-ons or software licenses
Migration or setup services
3. Conditions for a Valid Refund
The account must be in good standing
No AUP violation must have occurred
Refunds apply only to hosting fees, not addons
Abuse or excessive usage may void the refund eligibility.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued to:
The original payment method
Or as account credit if the payment method does not allow refunds
Processing may take 5–10 business days.
5. Service Cancellation
You must request cancellation before the renewal date.
Renewed services are non-refundable.
