This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the rules and restrictions for using the hosting, domain, and related services provided by Amaizor (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, customers (“you,” “your,” “user”) agree to comply with this AUP, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
If you violate this AUP, Amaizor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice.
1. Illegal Activities
You may not use our services for any activity that violates local, national, or international laws, including (but not limited to):
Hosting or distributing illegal content
Unauthorized access, hacking, cracking, or security breaches
Phishing, fraud, or identity theft
Money laundering or other financial crimes
Operating websites or services promoting illegal substances or activities
2. Abuse of Server Resources
Users must not engage in activities that degrade server performance or affect other customers, such as:
Excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth consumption
Running resource-heavy cron jobs, bots, or background tasks
Hosting applications that cause server overload
Improper configuration leading to performance issues
Amaizor may limit or suspend accounts causing resource abuse.
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly forbidden on any Amaizor service:
Child exploitation or abusive material
Pirated software, warez, cracks, or illegal downloads
Hate speech, harassment, and violent content
Terrorism-related content
Malware, ransomware, Trojans, or harmful scripts
Websites promoting self-harm or dangerous acts
4. Email & Anti-Spam Policy
The following activities are prohibited:
Sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM)
Using purchased, rented, or harvested mailing lists
Hosting email marketing systems without proper consent
Spoofing, forging headers, or misleading sender information
Email accounts suspected of spam will be suspended immediately.
5. Security Violations
Users may not:
Attempt to breach Amaizor’s security
Scan, probe, or test vulnerabilities on any server
Upload harmful software or scripts
Interfere with service operations or monitoring systems
We reserve the right to block IPs or disable accounts involved in security violations.
6. Fair Usage of Hosting Services
To ensure service stability:
Shared hosting may not be used for file storage, backups, or large media hosting
Hosting public file-sharing or video-streaming platforms is not allowed
Torrent software, proxies, and VPN services cannot be hosted
Cryptocurrency mining or related activities are strictly prohibited
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Users must respect copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Host copyrighted content without permission
Share or distribute pirated movies, music, games, or software
Violate trademark or patent rights
8. Reseller Responsibilities
If you are using Reseller Hosting, you must ensure that your clients also follow this AUP.
You are responsible for:
Client content
Abuse from client accounts
Prompt removal of violating content when notified
Failure to manage reseller clients may result in account suspension.
9. Backups & Data
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Amaizor may provide backup tools, but:
We do not guarantee data recovery
We are not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, software issues, or hardware failure
10. System & Network Misuse
Prohibited activities include:
DDoS attacks or participation in botnets
Hosting IRC networks or chat bots
Running open mail relays
Altering system settings without permission
11. Compliance & Enforcement
Amaizor reserves the right to:
Investigate violations
Remove content without notice
Suspend accounts immediately in severe cases
Report illegal activities to authorities
Repeated violations may lead to permanent termination.
12. Policy Updates
Amaizor may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
