1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Service Usage

We may suspend accounts violating our policies.
3. Payments & Billing
All prices are listed in the local currency shown at checkout.
Payment must be made before service activation.
Recurring services renew automatically unless canceled.
Late or failed payments may lead to service suspension.
4. Domain Registrations
Domain purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE as per international ICANN registry rules.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining correct WHOIS information
Renewing your domain on time
5. Resource & Usage Limits
Shared hosting may not be used for:
File storage
Backup archiving
Video streaming
Mining or proxy services
Excessive usage may lead to temporary restrictions.
6. Service Suspension & Termination
We may suspend your account for:
AUP violations
Payment failure
Security risks
Abuse complaints
Repeated or severe violations may result in termination without refund.
7. Backups
We may provide backup tools, but you are fully responsible for maintaining your own backups.
Amaizor is not liable for data loss.
8. Support
Support is provided through chat, tickets, and email.
We do not offer development or content-related support.
9. Liability Limitations
Amaizor is not liable for:
Loss of revenue
Business interruption
Downtime beyond our control
Data loss
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current service period.
10. Policy Changes
We may update these terms anytime. Continued use indicates acceptance.
